DMCA Policy

Runelynxz respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of its platform to do the same. This policy describes how Runelynxz responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement submitted under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar applicable frameworks.
1. Reporting Alleged Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available on or through runelynxz.com infringes one or more of your copyrights, you may submit a written notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include all of the following elements to be considered valid:
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work or works claimed to have been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list is acceptable.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to allow Runelynxz to locate the material on the platform (such as a URL or specific description).
- Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Our Response to Valid Notices
Upon receipt of a complete and valid notice, Runelynxz will:
- Review the notice to confirm it meets the requirements described in Section 1.
- Take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed or disabled, where reasonably practicable.
Runelynxz reserves the right to disregard notices that are incomplete, inaccurate, or submitted in bad faith.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of a competent court and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.
Submit counter-notifications to the same designated agent contact listed in Section 2. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, Runelynxz may restore the removed material after a reasonable waiting period, unless the original complainant notifies us that legal action has been filed.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
Runelynxz maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. A user may be considered a repeat infringer if they have been the subject of multiple valid DMCA notices or if they repeatedly upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
6. Misrepresentation
Under the DMCA and applicable law, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Runelynxz reserves the right to pursue available remedies against parties who submit fraudulent or abusive notices.
7. Modifications to This Policy
Runelynxz may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal requirements or operational practices. The date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
